Patience is a must! Due to the pandemic, parcels will take 1-3 months to arrive at our PH address.

To order for group orders, fill-out the order form provided on our posts.

For pasabuys, please DM us the product you would like to purchase. We will first check the details of the product and will send you the price. Once you will confirm your order, a link for the order form will be sent.

For splits, fill-out the reservation form. We will be sending DMs to confirm your reservation. We will then send a link for the order form. You will not receive a DM if all slots are taken.

A confirmation mail will be sent within 24-72 hours. All of the details and instructions will be in confirmation mail. If there are errors in your confirmation mail, don't hesitate to contact us.

Please DM us if you were not able to receive a confirmation mail after 72 hours.

We also accept international orders.

We will first check its availability and price of the item

Once you confirm your order, an order form will be sent.

DOP for KR goods will be 1-7 days after placing your orders. KR sellers prioritized buyers who can place their payments ASAP.

3-round payment scheme (1) Payment for product, (2) International shipping fee and (3) Local shipping fee

Secure your payments on our before the deadline to avoid additional charge of Php 30/day. Make sure to fill out the payment form attached on the confirmation mail.

Another confirmation mail will be sent once you've submitted the proof of payment on the payment form.

If you wish to pay the LSF in advance, please do notify us.

Updates will be posted under #BANANPH_UD. We will also send updates through emails.

Parcel destinations: Goods from artists and items that we produce: Caloocan. Goods from JP and KR: CDO

We make sure that your orders are completely sanitized.

If you have any instructions for the shipping and packaging, kindly DM us or place it on the remarks section of the order form.

If you received the wrong item, please DM us asap. Instructions will be given.

If you would like to return the items to us, please make sure it is still in good condition.

We are not liable for any damages on the items. We will always make sure that it is packaged to avoid dents or damages.

We will charge a cancellation fee of Php 300/item if we've already sent you a confirmation mail or your name is already reflected on the masterlist.

We will not charge you if we haven't sent a confirmation mail or your name is not reflected on the masterlist.

Refunds will be given once the items are out of stock or cancelled by the seller.

We are always open for GO requests!
